Senior Strategy Manager

We’re seeking a Strategy Engagement Lead for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving impactful data consulting projects across diverse industries. This role combines leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise C-suite executives and define data strategies.
• Lead data and AI initiatives, mentoring teams and ensuring project success.
• Expand consulting opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects, delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent in data consulting.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in data consulting with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in Big Data, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
