The Role:

As the Chief Product Officer, you will:

1. Drive Product Vision & Strategy:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s overarching mission to lead in the digital asset ecosystem.
• Identify emerging trends and develop innovative solutions that meet user needs and keep the platform ahead of the competition.

2. Build and Lead World-Class Teams:

• Manage and inspire global product teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all product verticals.
• Mentor and grow teams to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

3. Elevate User Experience:

• Champion a user-first approach, delivering intuitive and seamless experiences across web, mobile, and decentralized platforms.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

4. Forge Ecosystem Partnerships:

• Collaborate with blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and industry partners to expand the platform's capabilities and ecosystem presence.

5. Measure and Optimize Performance:

• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure product success, including trading volume, platform uptime, user growth, and engagement metrics.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience:

• 10+ years in senior product leadership roles, with a proven track record in crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Experience launching and scaling products with millions of global users.

Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trading, DeFi, and Web3.
• Deep understanding of crypto-specific products like spot trading, derivatives, staking, and NFTs.

Leadership & Vision:

• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, global teams.
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
