Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of engineers and troubleshoot complex network issues. This critical role requires an experienced professional in managing the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable IT services that support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for network solutions involving Cisco, Palo alto, F5, Juniper, TrendMicro and other relevant technologies.
- Level 1&2 resolution of escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Coordinate with other IT departments and stakeholders to align technical support with broader organizational goals.
- Prioritize tasks, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the performance of technical support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the technical team is well-equipped to meet future challenges.
- Deliver services and support within SLA and customer satisfaction targets
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
Certifications: Server+, Security+, Network+. With CCNA preferred.
Other qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in Arabic, both written and verbal is preferred.
