POSITION: Data Analysis

SALARY: 11,000AED

LOCATION: Dubai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting the needs and analytical reports of taxpayer service management including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Effective monitoring, analysis, and reporting of metrics and trends including incoming communication volume, volume classification, volume source Contact: and other information.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and web interfaces.
• Preparation of various reports to help guide management decisions, conduct a "root cause" analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Customized analysis and project support as requires for business needs as well as analysis of taxpayers' information.
• A deep understanding of focal points' key performance indicators and business objectives to assess data integrity and performance analysis.
• Deep knowledge of call center systems and operations.
• Establish a formal communication process to exchange reports with internal and external partners.
• Adapting content and the way information is delivered based on taxpayers; needs, assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outstanding communication and personal skills
• Familiarity with relevant contact center systems.
• Prior experience in operations, reporting and uptake within the call center/customer service environment
