• 3-4 years of experience in UX / Product Design

• Figma experience

• Jira & Confluence experience

• Large enterprise experience

• Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders

• Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and direct peers; ability to adapt to various working style

• Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user

Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of customer experiences within in-branch, employee-facing user flows.

• Wireframes and Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX researchers, product owners, UI designers, business stakeholders) to align on design goals and implementation.

• Usability Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

• Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product.

• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
