About Your Job
As Manager Cabin Services Projects and Communications , you will develop and lead the Project Management Office and Creative Communications team for Cabin Services.
You will lead the entire division’s project strategy, identifying and delivering large-scale, complex and strategic projects. You will introduce digital solutions to monitor and evaluate strategies that enhance project and communication accountability, management and visibility across the division. You will streamline processes and workflows while collaborating closely with senior management, ensuring efficient project delivery and outcomes.
You will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication plans. You will further excel in stakeholder engagement and risk management.

As Manager Cabin Services Projects and Communications , you will develop and lead the Project Management Office and Creative Communications team for Cabin Services.
You will lead the entire division’s project strategy, identifying and delivering large-scale, complex and strategic projects. You will introduce digital solutions to monitor and evaluate strategies that enhance project and communication accountability, management and visibility across the division. You will streamline processes and workflows while collaborating closely with senior management, ensuring efficient project delivery and outcomes.
You will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication plans. You will further excel in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
Specific Accountabilities Include
- Develop the Project Management Office and internal communications strategy in line with the vision of the division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop projects to enhance performance workflows within the Cabin Services department
- Analyze performance trends and insights through blockchain-enabled systems
- Transform data into actionable strategies that elevate service standards and operational excellence
- Oversee the strategic planning, tactical execution, and tracking of all special projects adhering to strict timelines
- Lead the development and design of the technology platforms by defining processes and training
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance transparency and facilitate real-time information sharing across the division
- Implement Monitoring and Evaluation process flows and manage the execution of project milestones with a focus on maintaining or improving project/service levels
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

- About you
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
- Previous managerial experience including strategic development of services
- Proven experienceestablishing and managing projects
- Strong experience defining and establishing appropriate governance frameworks
- Extensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies in general with experience of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications
- Extensive experience using relevant project management systems
- Accreditation in project management methodologies
- Formal project management accreditation.
- Knowledge of corporate communications practices and procedures
- Proficiency in communications management software such as Adobe Experience Manager will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of business English language.
