Senior UI/UX designer

We expect you to:

— Plan and conduct user interviews and / or surveys, collect data, research

— Understand your target audience, their needs, goals and translate them into design concepts

— Be a team player who knows how to find good solutions

— Have strong negotiation skills; present and explain your UX solutions to the client

— Be familiar with Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design

— Be a super-user of Figma

— Create complex design systems from scratch and maintain them

— Know how to test your product compliance with the Accessibility Standards

— Create mockups and product prototypes

— Be focused on quality (as a perfectionist)

— Be able to meet deadlines (as “mission impossible”)

— Have proficient verbal and written English communication skills

— Be able to work in Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InVision / MarvelApp / Abstract, if needed
