Operations Data, Performance Metrics & Reporting Specialist

You are:

A professional with at least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Process Improvement, with a focus on marketing operations
Demonstrated success in designing and creating visually appealing and effective dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
Skilled in database management systems (e.g. SQL querying) and statistical methods and concepts to ensure accurate analysis and interpretation of data and performance metrics
Experienced in developing and implementing performance measurement and KPI frameworks and metrics
Skilled in using development framework (e.g. Python, Microsoft.net) to build custom reports on tools like JIRA or Sitecore
Strong with reporting tools, dashboard platforms, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
Proficient in English

With you we will:

Design and implement data governance across service lines to ensure integrated data collection, aggregation and management approaches as well as in implementing data quality assurance mechanisms;
Continuously audit, validate and monitor the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of required data sets;
Continuously capture and assess stakeholder needs towards reporting through surveys, interviews or any other forums;
Identify KPIs & metrics and develop an actionable KPI Framework;
Continuously assess, identify and implement opportunities for improvement in data & reporting automation, visualization, tools or methodologies;
Conduct training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to interpret and use reports effectively
