Job Overview:
The PMO executive is responsible for overseeing project management practices, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They will support the establishment of project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes while facilitating communication and reporting on project status and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Management: Managing Contracts (MOU, NDA, MSA), Drafting Contracts (RFP, RFI, SOW Managed Services, outcome based), New Client Onboarding.
• Setting up and Tracking Organizational Compliance (e.g., ISO, CMMi, SOC 2 etc....) and getting certified.
• ODC Management (Managing ODC security, Audit compliance, and profitability) Coordinating with Admin and IT teams w.r.t ODC Operations.
• Supporting Corporate PMO team in Talent Onboarding / Offboarding to and from Accounts & Maintaining dashboards & Sharing Reports.
• Supporting Corporate PMO team in Co-ordinating with HR SPOCs for Background Verifications & Timesheet approvals.
• Supporting Corporate PMO team in Providing support to Finance team for Billing and Invoicing.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 3 to 6 years' experience in PMO.
• Master’s degree (any discipline) would be preferred.
• Manage relationship with the all-client stakeholders & Internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Adhere to corporate pillars - Trust, Respect, Accountability, Transparency.
