Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Smartsheet.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize Smartsheet to track project status, manage tasks, and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, including creating and managing complex project plans.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
