Right now, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team at Globant!

What will help you succeed:

• Spread the team in adopting agile practices;
• Facilitate the necessary meetings/ceremonies (planning meetings, daily stand-ups, refinement, estimation, review, and retrospective);
• Influence the team's decision-making based on productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics;
• Develop transparency of the team's activities;
• Encourage the team to adopt behaviors based on continuous improvement;
• Support the PO and team members in creating backlog items in a clear and concise manner;
• Assist in removing the team's impediments;
• Map risks and action plans to ensure the team's deliveries and alignment with the PO;
• Control the team's costs.
