The Department of Justice are seeking a dedicated human resource practitioner to join our small business partnering team. Your role is pivotal in leading and delivering exceptional human resource services. You'll work closely with leaders across the department's diverse business landscape, influencing the best HR practices.
Your expertise will span a broad spectrum of workforce matters, elevating your HR knowledge and skills to new heights, as you simultaneously coach your team to be specialists in Human Resources.
As the Principal HR Business Partner, you'll become an integral part of our collaborative business partnering team. Your role involves coaching, educating, and providing valuable insights to managers and business support officers.
You will become the trusted expert on a broad range of HR, employee, and workplace relations matters, including performance management, grievance resolution, policy enforcement, and navigating complex legislative frameworks. Our close-knit business partnering team is a dynamic source of expertise and enthusiasm, and we are all committed to supporting and empowering each other. Reporting to the Manager of HR Business Services, you will receive the support needed to implement proactive and impactful initiatives within your team.
This shared purpose ensures that we provide the best possible services and advice, contributing to the growth and positive change within the DoJ.
