We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Subject Matter Expert (SME) with professional experience in the US UI/UX Design market. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with our internal curriculum developers and other product team members to create our new UI/UX Design program.

Please note that after applying for this position, you will be asked for a writing and design sample after your Online Introductory Call.

What you will do

Develop course materials, lessons, and practical assignments tailored to beginners.
Ensure the content aligns with industry standards and trends in UX/UI design.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to create a structured, engaging learning experience.
Share insights from your experience working on diverse projects to enrich the course.

Requirements

Professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or similar roles.
Proficiency in Figma: ability to work with components, libraries and prototypes.
Up-to-date industry knowledge.
Experience in collaborating with the development team (handoff design, design quality assurance, etc.).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, reviewers, and tutors.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, or creating any educational materials.

Prefered Experience

Familiarity with online education platforms and instructional design principles.
Proficiency in front-end technologies.
