Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst, you will be assigned to one of the domains mentioned above. Within your assigned domain, you will play a key role as a Functional Analyst under the guidance of a Project Manager, who will allocate projects to you.

You will act as the right-hand person to the Senior Analyst and serve as the liaison between business key users and the development team. Your responsibilities will cover both new development projects and operational support for existing applications.

• Understanding Business Processes: Analyze and document how different actors interact within procedures.
• Data Mapping: Identify and structure the data involved in business processes.
• Process Implementation: Ensure that business processes are effectively implemented in software applications.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of generated data.
• Digital Transformation: Contribute to digitalizing processes using a business partner/driver approach.
• Strategic Alignment: Align customer needs with the strategic objectives and identify internal or external drivers behind requirements.
• Compliance Management: Address legal and regulatory obligations imposed by regional, national, or European authorities.
• Operational Excellence: Improve efficiency by delivering better results with the same resources or achieving the same outcomes with fewer resources.

Experience in at least one of the following Methodologies:

• BPM: Business Process Modeling 
• UML: Universal Modeling Language 
• Lean Principles: PDCA, Kanban, 5W’s
• Agile-Scrum: Board, Iteration, Sprint, Stand-ups
