ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for a client UX / UI Designer.

As a UX/UI designer, you will work on several stimulating projects.

You ensure user-friendly and visually appealing frontends and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience (UX) of renewed applications.

To this end, you will collaborate with other designers and be part of a dynamic development team organized in an Agile/Scrum manner.

Your tasks are as follows: :

– Contribute to the development of the Design System

You analyze user experiences, wishes and bottlenecks by setting up and carrying out user experience tests.
You propose improvement plans based on the results of experience tests.
You coordinate user experience initiatives, from concept to implementation

in work.

You translate all kinds of concepts into navigation structures, in information architecture, in functional descriptions and you develop proposals for prototypes, wireframes and models.
You maintain direct contact with end users and stakeholders

– You advise your colleagues (developers, analysts, etc.) in the field of user experience.

Technical Skills

At least 6 years of professional experience with UX/UI design projects in at least 3 larger projects (>1 year).
In-depth knowledge and practical experience of methods and UX research tools.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience of methods and UX Design tools
In-depth knowledge and practical experience of methods and UI design tools
Very good knowledge and experience of Figma
Good knowledge and experience of Sketch, Adobe XD, Blender, Cinema4, Axure
Knowledge and experience with HTML-CSS
Real-time application experience
Knowledge of the railway world

Certificates / Diplomas

Higher education in graphic design (minimum bachelor's degree).
User experience Design & Research certificate
Digital Accessibility certificate
Scrum certification
