Site Acquisition Project Manager (Radio, Mobile)

Major mobile operator requires an experienced Site Acquisition Project Manager

(Radio, Mobile,4G,5G, UMTS, LTE, NOKIA, Ericsson, Huawei)

The Site Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for managing customers and internal line management to staff, meeting set out business objectives and targets.

Schedule chair progress meetings, drive the projects.

Leading Projects by example,

Duties:

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of projects new and existing sites REAL Estate.
• New Site build
• Site Acquisition
• Lease negotiation
• Site Maintenance
• Site Acceptance
• Lease renewals
• Civil Works
• BoQ (build of quality)

Must be based in Belgium with in-depth knowledge of the Belgian Telecommunications sector.

Speak French, Dutch, and English fluently.
