Job Description

We are excited to be looking for a talented and motivated content writer to join our team. You will have expert knowledge in either stock trading or cryptocurrency – both are preferable!

In this role, you will work with Content Writers/Editors/Managers and the SEO Team to produce and publish relevant, SEO-optimised content for our websites where needed.

The role will focus on producing evergreen content such as guides and reviews and occasional news articles for stocks, crypto, or personal finance.

Responsibilities

• Writing, proofreading, and publishing articles, both informational, transactional, and news-oriented.
• Able to meet weekly deadlines and targets, while taking on ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO optimisation, etc.
• Update old articles in order to optimise them for SEO and refresh out-of-date content.
• Writing advertorial copy for clients as required.
• Ensuring that all written materials meet our high-quality standards and are SEO optimised.
• Optimising pages and content according to SEO best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience writing content in either the field of finance/stocks/investing or crypto/web3/blockchain.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• In-depth knowledge of and a genuine passion for investing (stocks/crypto).
• Proficiency with SEO and relevant tools to ensure your content is perfectly optimised.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work standard UK business hours (e.g., 9 am - 5 pm GMT).
• Willingness to work on broad topics outside of stocks and crypto.
• Ideally familiar SEO/digital analysis tools, such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Experience working with WordPress CMS is highly beneficial.
• Experience writing content that adheres to strict editorial guidelines, including style and tone.
