About the Role:
As a Data Scientist β AI & Mental Health, youβll be at the forefront of developing AI tools that redefine mental health care. Working closely with psychologists and technical teams, youβll design and train advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) that interact seamlessly with both patients and clinicians. Your work will directly contribute to improving therapy tools and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- π Train and fine-tune LLMs for mental health care applications.
- π€ Collaborate with psychologists to ensure AI tools align with therapeutic best practices.
- π Analyze user data and interactions to enhance AI performance and usability.
- π‘οΈ Implement AI models with a focus on ethical considerations and data privacy.
- π Contribute to the development of AI-powered products that bridge the gap between patients and psychologists.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- π Educational Background: Degree in Psychology and Computer Science, Machine Learning, or AI (or equivalent experience).
- π» Technical Skills:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and AI model training.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
- Familiarity with data science tools and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
- π§βπ€βπ§ Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with mental health professionals.
- π§ Experience: Familiarity with mental health care systems, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
