About the Role:

As a Data Scientist – AI & Mental Health, you’ll be at the forefront of developing AI tools that redefine mental health care. Working closely with psychologists and technical teams, you’ll design and train advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) that interact seamlessly with both patients and clinicians. Your work will directly contribute to improving therapy tools and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 🎓 Educational Background: Degree in Psychology and Computer Science, Machine Learning, or AI (or equivalent experience).
• 💻 Technical Skills:
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and AI model training.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
• Familiarity with data science tools and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with mental health professionals.
• 🧠 Experience: Familiarity with mental health care systems, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
