Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll work closely with senior team members to manage recruitment activities, assist in crafting job descriptions, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with managing the end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior team members
- Supporting the creation of job descriptions and ensuring their publication on suitable platforms
- Assisting in the selection process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintaining recruitment data and supporting the team with insights to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Assisting in coordinating training sessions for hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative support role
- Interest in the airline or aviation industry
- Basic understanding of recruitment practices and willingness to learn best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members
- Willingness to learn how to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and potential
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
