Head of Baltic Finance Development and Chief Product Owner in Finance, Risk and Data tribe | SEB, Tallinn

You will lead an aligned cross-functional team ambition to develop an exceptional service delivery enabling both data-driven decisions- and regulatory reporting excellence. In your role as a Chief Product Owner and Head of Finance Development within Baltic Finance, you will functionally report to both Baltic CFO and Head of Baltic Products and Channels. You will also work closely with the Tribe Lead to ensure successful development deliveries.

Finance, Risk and Data tribe is responsible for End-to-End development deliveries in General ledger and Internal Accounting, Supervisory Reporting, Local Regulatory and ESG Reporting, Tax Compliance Reporting Solutions, Business Intelligence, Business Reporting Solutions, Credit and Risk Solutions, Data Processing, Data Enablers.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic agenda and vision for Finance, Risk and Data tribe in SEB Baltic.
• Own and guide tribe development prioritization process, including the strategic- and tactical roadmaps for Finance, Risk, Treasury and Data enabler areas (such as Products, FCP and Life).
• Align and coordinate Finance, Risk and Data tribe strategy and roadmap with the broader business goals of the Baltic Division.
• Facilitate development priorities across teams.
• Communicate priorities challenges and suggest sequencing of activities to Tribe stakeholders and supporting communication to external bodies.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  
  

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience within the Finance, Risk and Data area.
• Strong leadership skills and experience organizing hybrid teams, developing team members, and fostering collaboration.
• Previous experience working in an international and matrixed organization.
• Practice in leading finance- and risk regulatory and process requirements implementation.
• Experience in managing product development cycle.
• Prior experience in data management is considered advantageous.
• Ability to interact and create positive relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills with ability to cooperate with people at all levels through taking a holistic view of the organisation.
• A strategic mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for driving product success.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders

€5,050 - €7,550 a month

Before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
