Job Description
World-class customer service is one of the cornerstones of Wolt 💙 Over the years we have invested a lot in our in-house built support tooling as we believe that it’s the only way we can ensure satisfaction for all of our customers and partners in each of the 30 countries that we operate in. We take huge pride in our customer operations’ quality, so on top of building delightful support experiences in our consumer app we also want to proactively identify and solve issues even before our customers and partners even notice something might be wrong.
To make sure that our more than 20M+ monthly users are able to get help as quickly as possible, we have a team which is building a self-service support platform. The platform will allow us to design self-service flows with a no-code solution and then deploy them into the hands of customers in a matter of minutes.
We work with high ownership in small teams where each team member works around the whole software development life cycle. Each and every one of our product team members have a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. Being a member of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with the designer, product manager, and other engineers in your team.
📍This role is based in our tech hub in Helsinki.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as React + TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs and requirements into functional features.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and accessibility of web applications across browsers and devices.
- Debug, test, and maintain codebases to ensure reliability and quality.
- Stay updated with frontend technologies and implement best practices.
- Frontend experience with focus on React.js and TypeScript,
- Testing experience is considered as a plus (unit testing - jest, react-testing-library),
- Experience in building scalable and efficient frontend applications,
- Curiosity and willingness to learn,
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders,
- Product thinking - we expect you to actively participate in discussions about features being built. We strongly believe that it takes a great team and good conversation to build great products.
