Job Title: CISO (Chief Information Security Officer)

Location: France (Hybrid Role)

Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)

Our client is seeking a CISO to lead cybersecurity efforts. In this crucial role, you will design and implement cybersecurity strategies, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that security practices are adhered to across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy for your business sectors, in alignment with the Group's overall objectives.
• Identify risks and establish security measures to address them.
• Enforce cybersecurity standards and ensure compliance.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives and actions tailored to the business.
• Oversee the resolution of cybersecurity incidents and coordinate with the Group’s CSIRT.

Key Skills:

• Experience in implementing Security by Design, particularly for Cloud, mobile, and IoT technologies.
• Familiarity with key security tools (Firewall, EPP/EDR, WAF) and standards (ISO 2700X, NIST).
• Strong project management skills and a methodical approach to follow-up.
• Ability to communicate effectively and share expertise across teams.
