GRC Manager Role Overview:

The GRC Manager will spearhead our governance, risk, and compliance strategy with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity frameworks. You will collaborate with global teams to reinforce our defensive mechanisms against evolving cyber threats and align our practices with international standards. GRC Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive GRC policies and procedures, specific to cybersecurity in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards on a global scale, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and devising strategic plans to mitigate threats.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of GRC initiatives, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and compliance in all operations.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies in the cryptocurrency domain, adapting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications for the GRC Manager:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in GRC roles, with a specific focus on cybersecurity. Experience within the cryptocurrency or digital asset management sphere is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing cybersecurity frameworks and compliance with global regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization and across geographies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are preferred.
