ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to lead large-scale superyacht refit projects at a premier Mediterranean location. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects in the luxury yacht industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of refit projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for captains, owners, and client representatives during the yacht’s time on-site.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of work across multiple trades, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports to ensure seamless communication and project transparency.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities with a collaborative approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in professional English is essential; proficiency in French is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A background in engineering (preferably mechanical).
• Previous experience as a Project Manager in yacht refit or construction yards.
• Former yacht engineers or officers are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple work streams, and thrive under pressure.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for the superyacht industry and a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Legal authorisation to work in the EU.
