Cyber Security Analyst

Join our Cyber Security Team to enhance digital security within the organization. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will lead efforts to strengthen the IT security framework, address incidents, and provide expertise in IT security management.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve and expand the IT security framework.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of IT security measures.
• Handle and resolve organizational and technical IT security incidents.
• Assist with the analysis, design, implementation, and testing of use cases in the SIEM/SOC environment.
• Prepare regular reports on the IT security framework's status.
• Act as a point of contact for departments on IT security matters.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in IT security and familiarity with security standards and practices; certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA) are a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and implementation frameworks (e.g., BAIT, MaRisk).
• A solution-driven approach with initial project experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, to align with the international nature of the organization.
