Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst – Remote in Germany – C1 German - €55k - €70k

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (BI Analyst) for one of Germanys largest sales and retail agencies.

As a BI Analyst, you will play a vital role in a dynamic team by creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, analyzing project developments, and identifying key performance drivers.

Using relevant KPIs, you will develop strategies, solve problems, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure project success. In collaboration with project stakeholders, you’ll optimize planning, reporting, and uncover potential opportunities.

You will also work closely with specialized departments to enhance the company’s Business Intelligence solutions, supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards using internal and external data sources.
• Analyze project developments and identify performance drivers based on KPIs.
• Develop strategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with project contacts to refine planning, reporting, and uncover project potential.
• Enhance and evolve Business Intelligence solutions in partnership with specialist teams.

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialization).
• Proven experience in data preparation and analysis.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, and flexibility in task management.

Fluent in written and spoken German (C1 and above)
