We are currently seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer for our client, a leading financial services company based in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a dynamic and innovative team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing highly performant APIs and building the web user experience to support customer needs. You’ll own entire features from concept to deployment while working within a multi-functional team. The role offers a chance to help shape the product, develop your skills, and learn new technologies.

Key Skills:

• Java & NodeJS (for API design and development)
• Angular (version 12+ or similar JavaScript frameworks)
• AWS (cloud experience)
• REST API Design & Development
• Automation Tools/Frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber, Mocha, Selenium)
• DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, uDeploy, CloudFormation)
• Experience with scalable and resilient systems (Hystrix, RxJava, Akka)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
