Project Manager Contract - Ireland

My client one of the leading healthcare providers are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team

The Job:

• Ensure that project scope and success criteria is clearly defined.

• Validate the scope by formalising acceptance of the completed project deliverables.

• Manage and control the scope throughout the project using the formal change control process.

• Develop & maintain a detailed project schedule based on effective planning to monitor and control progress. Effectively track & record your own time on a project.

• Estimate project costs based on team input and detailed planning. The costs include both internal and external costs and can be on a fixed or variable basis.

• Determine the project budget & control the costs throughout the project, monitoring proactively against the baseline for any variances.

• Identify, prioritise, manage and control the stakeholders.

• Create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.

Have you:

• 7+ years' experience in the management of projects in a fast paced challenging environment.
• Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall.
• Relevant third level qualification is required.
• PMP or PRINCE2 accreditation is desired, PMP preferred.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint is required.
• Knowledge of JIRA is an advantage
• Proven track record in delivering successful projects on-time and on budget.
• Experience managing vendor contracts.
