On behalf of an important client in the fintech space, we are looking for a Web Application Engineer to join their team and drive innovation in customer care solutions.


Your Role:

  • Design, implement, and maintain chatbot and contact center solutions.
  • Ensure system reliability through troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance.


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in omnichannel customer care systems and conversational flows.
  • Strong development skills in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Python, NodeJS.
  • Familiarity with AWS and GITLAB pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of NLP, TTS, and ASR technologies.
  • Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
