Role Overview:

As a Brand Development Associate at NOON Aesthetics, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the introduction and growth of our brand within the Czech market. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

- Learning about our products, to be able to offer and discuss available options with clients.

- Provides high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.

- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; able to manage multiple projects.

- Actively search for new customers and develop a long-term partnership.

- Cosmetic brands development.

- Seminars and workshops for cosmetologists; organization and management.

Requirements:

- Language Skills: Latvian, English.

- 2-4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment

- Education and experience displaying both technical aptitude and consultative sales abilities

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Team player; able to take accountability and direction.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
