Responsibilities:
Lead and organize the work of the sales team, ensuring effective achievement of goals, including sales department budget control and expense optimization.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and enhance the company’s competitiveness, as well as establish plans and KPIs.
Analyze market data and develop improvements for sales processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients (participate in negotiations), as well as attract new clients.
Monitor sales performance indicators and prepare reports for management.
Maintain communication with the production department.
Organize training and motivate the sales team.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in managing sales or in a similar position (at least 3 years).
Understanding of sales processes and modern sales techniques.
Experience in the FMCG sector.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions in stressful situations.
Knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).
Skills and experience with computer programs (MS Office, CRM systems).
