  • Conduct field testing using drones and sensors (e.g., methane detector, magnetometer, echo sounder, GPR etc) to validate hardware-software integration;
  • Collaborate closely with developers and engineers to identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA;
  • Perform integration testing for systems combining software and hardware components;
  • Create and run automated tests to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices;
  • Provide clear and concise test reports and document test results to support product development;
  • Analyze system performance and identify potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities;
  • Develop and execute test cases for embedded systems and low-level hardware-software interactions;
  • Assist in the design and implementation of test environments for complex system setups.

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a software/hardware test engineer or developer;
  • A degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline;
  • Hands-on experience testing complex systems involving both software and hardware components;
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data: to find, aggregate, structure, and prepare for testing purposes
  • Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA for task and defect management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate customer requirements into actionable test scenarios;
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above; additional language skills are a plus;
  • Category B driving license (and a car for commuting to the office and field testing locations).

Would Be a Big Advantage

  • Knowledge of drones or other robotic systems;
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and frameworks;
  • Familiarity with testing embedded software/systems, particularly real-time control systems;
  • Experience with data-driven testing approaches for sensor-based systems.
  • Exposure to hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).

We offer:

  • Salary from 2,500 EUR gross + performance-based bonus;
  • Advanced professional and career growth opportunities;
  • Work in an international company within a hype industry featuring state-of-the-art products and significant international growth potential over the next five years;
  • Supportive management;
  • Health insurance after successful completion of the probation period;
  • Free parking at the office.
