Scania Baltics is looking for Baltic People & Culture Team Specialist.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide recruitment support for Scania Lithuania;
  • Support Health and Safety activities for Scania Lithuania;
  • Administer Scania’s MySuccess system (based on SAP SuccessFactors) and act as the first point of contact for all system-related queries from the P&C team and employees across the Baltic countries;
  • Manage Baltic employee data and deliver HR KPI reports;
  • Oversee HR document management and ensure full compliance with company policies and HR procedures;
  • Participate in and assist with other pan-Baltic and local HR plans, initiatives, or projects.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent command of Lithuanian and English;
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and kind attitude towards employees;
  • Previous experience working with HR Management Systems;
  • High sense of responsibility and accuracy;
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics.


Advantages:
