DevOps Integration Engineer (Tibco)

Responsibilities

• You will design, develop, and implement integrations across both existing (Tibco) and new (cloud) integration platforms and tools, collaborating with other DevOps engineers. You focus on minimising management overhead through automation and optimising performance.
• You will help establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for various integration platforms, actively contributing to the deployment of complex application chains across the environment.
• Your role involves designing and building integrations on available platforms, including both cloud-only and hybrid solutions. You'll work with inter dependencies between different systems.
• Alongside your colleagues, you will provide proactive 24/7 management of integrations across our platforms, and collaborate with DevOps engineers on regular on-call duties.
• You will assist in migrating integrations to newer versions of our evolving integration platforms and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years working with Tibco integration products, including BW and EMS.
• At least 3 years of experience as a cloud DevOps engineer, particularly in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code. • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with a variety of cloud integration tools and products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clear ideas and provide insights.
• You are proactive, curious, and motivated to deeply understand customer needs.
