UX/UI Designer (Junior/Medior)

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer, at Junior or Medior level, to join our team and help shape the internal applications that power our operations. You'll work under the guidance of two experienced senior designers and play an essential role in creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces for our internal tools.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our senior UI/UX designers to design and improve internal applications that streamline our processes and enhance user efficiency.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design systems and component libraries.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in UI/UX design (or relevant experience in a related field)
• Availability: 40 hours per week
• Mobility: able to work from our office in Amsterdam at least 3 days a week
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design
• Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including user research and testing
• Ability to create user-friendly designs for complex systems
• Knowledge of design systems and responsive design
• Soft Skills:
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work
• Dedication to learning, growing, and adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bonus:
• Experience in designing for financial or technical applications
• Experience animating in After Effects or another tool
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or analytics for user behavior insights
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (for understanding developer handoffs)
