About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior React Engineer to build core frontend services and solutions that power our digital software business backbone. Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Build and optimize core frontend services and solutions.
• Component Architecture: Develop new components and design their architecture and state.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high-quality UX by optimizing interface performance.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expertise in UI design and execution.
• Documentation: Share methods, processes, and results, regularly communicating and presenting findings.

What You Bring (Skills & Capabilities):

• Deep React Expertise: Advanced knowledge of modern React (e.g., hooks, context, function components).
• Javascript & Typescript: Strong experience writing robust components and logic.
• HTML & CSS: Proficiency in creating responsive web components and layouts.
• Testing Frameworks: Extensive experience with unit testing, end-to-end testing, and related protocols/tools.
• Performance Optimization: Familiarity with loading optimization techniques.
• UI Design: Experience with design tools like Figma and best practices for UI/UX.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with senior business stakeholders and engineers alike.
• Agility: Comfortable with Agile methodologies and iterative, customer-focused workflows.
