Ready to make an impact on how people interact with financial services? 🏦 We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft meaningful and seamless experiences across our entire digital presence, from our flagship banking apps 📱 to the internal tools than empower our teams 🧑‍💻.

What you will do:

• Design intuitive, end-to-end user flows using Figma, moving from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect designs and interactive prototypes;
• Collaborate closely with product owners, researchers and engineers to generate impactful ideas and deliver high-quality solutions;
• Understand user needs and motivations, support research efforts, facilitate workshops and act as a user advocate within the organization;
• Champion design maturity by engaging in design critique sessions, communicating your designs to stakeholders, and advocating for the best design solutions.

What you will bring:

• Experience: 5+ years designing complex web and mobile solutions, with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs;
• Craftsmanship: a deep understanding of simplicity, typography, interaction design, and product design principles;
• Iteration mindset: you embrace experimentation and feedback as part of the design process;
• Design systems expertise: skilled in building and working with design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency;
• Collaboration skills: you thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and writers to deliver thoughtful solutions;
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Romanian and English.
