Since 2003 F24S has grown from one gym in Malmö to more than 300 sites in 6 countries - Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Colombia and Thailand. As a member of F24S you get access to all sites in all countries 24/7.

F24S is now looking to strengthen their Expansion Department by recruiting a new Project Manager primarily responsible for projects and establishments in Sweden but also at times supporting the global Expansion team.

This role will constantly bring you new challenges to take on where the days will never be the same. So forget boring while you are working on multiple projects across the country.

The main purpose of this role is to secure high quality and cost-efficient F24S construction projects in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities as Project Manager

· Ensure that new/renovation (i.e. construction) projects are projected and executed with high quality and according to F24S concept. This will be done together with property owners and contractors within decided budgets and time frames

· Ensure that evaluations of economic and technical aspects are executed with high quality

· Ensure that correct decision material and documents are produced for all projects such as cost calculations and room descriptions

· Assist procurement and follow-up of cost-effective and qualitative construction supplier agreements

· Assist the development and follow-up of the F24S construction manual

· Ensure a good cooperation and communication to internal and external partners and stakeholders

The Profile - Background and Personality

· Solid project manager experience with at least 3 years of experience from construction related projects

· Good negotiation skills as well as strong communicative skills

· Strong verbal and written English

· Proactive personality with a sense of urgency but at the same time structured and with a good ability to prioritize

· Relevant university education is considered a plus

· Driver’s license is required as there will be a lot of traveling in this role

The position will be based at the F24S headquarters in Lund. The position will report to the Expansion Director, who is part of the Group Management Team.
