Front-end Development Team Leader

Job Title:Lead Front-End Developer / Team Lead

Based:Kraków - Poland (Biprostal Office with a beautiful view of the city)

You will split your time between front-end development (50-60%) and leading a team of 3 UX/UI experts and 4 front-end developers (40-50%), with plans to expand to 10 team members. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Solution Architects to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. Leadership tasks will include recruitment, mentoring, performance reviews, and assigning projects to best support team growth. You’ll also influence the selection of technologies, frameworks, and work practices.

Team Leadership:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage user stories and tasks for the team.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, solve issues early.
• Run demos for technical teams and management.
• Maintain documentation and ensure testing at all stages.

Front-End Development:

• Code using React 17+ and JavaScript ES6+.
• Work with REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and handle JSON/XML.
• Secure applications using JSON Web Tokens.
• Style components using CSS and HTML5.
• Deploy code with Node.js, npm, and Apache/Tomcat.

• 4+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Expertise in React 17+ and JavaScript ES6+.
• Strong mentoring and management skills.
• Experience with automated testing is a plus.
