Summary of the Role:

Develop the marketing strategy of products under responsibility in order to meet company targets and prepare marketing plans and manage all activities and investments required for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the market and competitors, conducting market research, reviewing international marketing plans, preparation of annual marketing plan in order to determine effective marketing and promotion strategies for the products under responsibility in line with the needs of market and customers.
• Prepares annual marketing plans, responsible for Sales and A&P management of products, enables and monitors the allocation and investment of the budgets of branded projects under the responsibility in line with HCC rules and regulations.
• Ensures completion of tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Collaborates effectively with the agencies to prepare promotional materials to support the brand strategy in close collaboration with related functions and in compliance with rules / regulations.
• Builds effective relations with KOLs as well as internal / external stakeholders.
• Develops projects and monitors the implementation of product strategies in the field;
• Makes field visits to determine the market requirements;
• Ensures that the field is aware of market strategies and product(s) targets.
• Coordinates strategic training programs for sales team.
• Shares the experiences and collaborates with cross functional teams.
• Searches and develops effective and creative ideas to serve the long-term growth targets by contributing the development atmosphere and innovative approach of the company.
• Engages in self-development to obtain and create better and more effective business results which would serve the long-term growth targets by contributing the development atmosphere and innovative approach of the company.
• Ensures all relevant brand activities be compliant;
• Ensuring safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
• Ensuring HCC and legal requirements are fully understood and appropriately managed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry as Product Manager (Immunology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology and/or Rheumatology experience is preferred)
• Experience in an international company is a strong asset
• Ability to build relationships and work in the project team, trust and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders
• Fluency in English is a must
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Strong project management skills
• Effective presentation & communication skills
• Strategic & analytical thinking
• Customer and result oriented mindset
