We are looking for a Data Scientist responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our project teams, analyze business requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery through testing and validation of machine learning models.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing machine learning models and collaborating with the project team
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into data-driven solutions
  • Ensuring model quality through testing, validation, and regular performance monitoring
  • Collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets for training ML models
  • Optimizing and updating existing models and analytical solutions
  • Creating technical documentation and communicating insights to stakeholders
  • Participating in the implementation and deployment of ML models

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and machine learning algorithms
  • Experience in working with large datasets and SQL databases
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and libraries
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Knowledge of best practices in ML model deployment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Hybrid workplace: at least 2 days of work from Warsaw Office

Nice To Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Experience with deep learning and neural networks
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing
  • Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
