Resource Coordinator/Hybrid 3 days in office rest from Home/60 to 80zl/hour/ Polish zloty (PLN)/Krakow Poland

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our IT Back office team as part of the IT Transformation Office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of IT Resource hiring.

You will support the teams, facilitate smooth operations, and maintain optimal productivity.

Responsibilities

• Resource Hire Coordination: Coordinate and support the resource hiring process for the different IT business streams.
• Rate card management: make sure resource hire is within rate card .
• Process Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for questions on the Process.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Onboarding support: Support and safeguard proper onboarding, including materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Business stakeholders
• Problem Solving: Identify constraints and proactively address challenges or bottlenecks to maintain operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and hire status. Ensure proper documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in resource coordination, project management, PMO or a related field.
