Job Description:
· To be involved in the preparation process of job postings and ensure the posting, tracking, and reviewing processes of applications,
· To manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, working closely with hiring managers and closing candidates,
· To manage the interview program,
· To prepare interview evaluation reports,
· To fulfill the requirements within the framework of responsibilities given to other functions of human resources,
· To create talent channels to reach talent and ensure the sustainability of these channels.
Experience & Skills:
· We are looking for a dynamic individual who has graduated from one of the top Bachelor of Engineering, MIS, Faculty of Arts & Sciences, Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences departments and possesses 5-6 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment processes.
· As an expert in headhunting, you will utilize your active engagement with LinkedIn and other career portals to construct and execute recruitment strategies to acquire top talent.
· With high research and documentation skills, you will be able to gather and analyze data to identify the best-fit candidates for our organization.
· Your exceptional corporate communication skills and fluency in English, with experience conducting English interviews, will enable you to establish and maintain successful relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
· As a solution-oriented thinker, you are passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, with a keen sensitivity to time management.
· You are driven to succeed in the recruitment and technology sectors and thrive in a collaborative team environment. With strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications, you will be an asset to our organization.
