Quality Engineer

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Engineer to ensure our digital products deliver exceptional user experiences. The role involves testing and validating UI/UX design implementations across various devices and platforms, identifying bugs, and providing recommendations for usability and accessibility improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed UI/UX testing for web and mobile applications to ensure design and functionality.
• Identify and document inconsistencies, bugs, and usability issues.
• Evaluate products from an end-user perspective, providing feedback on navigation, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to resolve issues and align testing with the intended vision.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases for UI/UX validation.
• Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing for responsive designs.
• Experience on test management tools like JIRA, Dev AZURE.
• Document test results, user feedback, and improvement recommendations, maintaining detailed records of issues and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX testing or quality assurance.
• Must have experience on Figma design tool.
• Proficiency in tools like Selenium, BrowserStack, and familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a user-centric mindset.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
