We are seeking a Senior Associate- Payroll and Benefits Administration who will be responsible for full cycle of payroll and benefits administration for our client based in Dubai- one of the largest semi-governmental organization.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, visa processes, wellness, and other company benefits.
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and tax changes.
- Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records for accuracy before payroll processing.
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors to resolve issues and enhance the overall benefits package.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including record-keeping, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in UAE.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion System is preferred.
- Proven experience in benefits administration and HR administration roles in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa, and insurance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills.
