What You'll

• DoImplement portfolio management frameworks from operational and business tracking perspective
• s.Define business tracking mechanisms and reporting to support business objectives such as fee revenue, profitability, cost optimization, portfolio attrition, concentration, monthly customer/accounts count, and related portfolio metric
• s.Regularly identify key opportunity segments to drive incremental revenue and improve portfolio metric
• s.Implement portfolio segmentation and engagement frameworks with regular tracking and reporting to support overall portfolio growt
• h.Analyze portfolio performance to identify profitable products, customers, and segment
• s.Set up review and performance monitoring frameworks before, during, and after campaign and initiative period
• s.Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize campaign elements such as creatives, messaging, targeting, and communication channel effectivenes
• s.Identify and remediate data gap
• s.Manage vendor relationships to secure the best possible campaign rewards, offers, and discount
