PHP Developer

We are currently looking for a mid level PHP developer for an online retailer based in Leeds.

Over the past 2 years they have busy building a greenfield ecom system which has recently gone live. The platform itself is built with a traditional frontend and a PHP & Laravel backend.

They are now looking for a dev to continue building out the platform, adding a number of new features and driving innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working collaboratively on the development of the company’s proprietary system.
• Using your PHP expertise to build robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Leveraging modern frameworks like Laravel or Slim to deliver high-quality backend functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in PHP & Laravel
• Familiarity with traditional frontend skills: HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
