We are Amex GBT EMEA HR HUB, serving our employees located in nearly 20 European countries. We are looking for an experienced team member who will be responsible for CE markets. Payroll and HR Coordinator with English and Polish.
We are Amex GBT EMEA HR HUB, serving our employees located in nearly 20 European countries. We are looking for an experienced team member who will be responsible for CE markets. What you will learn with us:
- Workday and Payroll systems
- Labour country-specific regulations across Europe, especially Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary
- Pay and compensation rules for European markets
- End-to-end payroll processes, including payroll transactions processing, reporting, tax and other statutory obligations or payments
- End-to-end HR administration processes, including documents creation, templates update, procedures improvement, archives
- Maintaining payroll & timekeeping records in compliance with established standards
- Collaboration with Payroll Providers, Comp&Ben, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Public Institutions, Strategic HR
- Participation audits
- Fluent English and Polish speaker
- Curious about HR and Payroll environment, eager for knowledge
- Individual with accuracy and attention to detail, willing to work with numbers
Where you will work
- Warsaw City Centre, recently constructed building and top floor office with access to terrace with view on the capital and beehives
- If you do not live in Warsaw, you can work from home
