Agile Project Manager - IT

Project Planning and Execution

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project performance, resolving risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.

Agile Leadership

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and address feedback promptly.

Team Collaboration and Performance

  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Identify and address team capacity, skills, and performance gaps.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Track and report key project metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle times.
  • Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.
