Red Bull is looking for top-performing college or university students to work with our most creative Marketing, Sales, and Business specialists! As the Business Insights intern, you will be responsible for applying your advanced analytics, data wrangling, and visualization skills to solve problems with our sales and marketing teams. You’ll work alongside our Category and Commercial Data team to help our business partners better understand their data and create impactful insights. If you are motivated by solving problems, making an impact with data, and curiosity for marketing, this is the role for you. Responsibilities will vary, but at the end of the day this experience is what you make of it.

The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ. Our modern office environment combines spaces for creativity and playfulness where you will find everything you need to give wings to your ideas.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SALES & DISTRIBUTION DATA ANALYSIS

Support in updating regular (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) distribution and sales reports. Develop, analyze, and interpret information to create reports and data visualizations. Leverage Data visualization tools (ie Power BI, Tableau, etc…) for report and dashboard creation.

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT INSIGHTS

Conduct weekly sales reporting from retailer POS systems to provide insights into sales performance. Use syndicated data sources such as Nielsen and IRI to prepare monthly Country and Customer scorecards.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or related field) – In progress or Completed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills/willingness to hone and develop these skills.
• Prioritization and time management skills to manage working on a variety of tasks/projects.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel (including formulas and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and Teams.
• Experience manipulating large data sets using Excel, SQL, SAP, Power Query, or Access is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
